Pros
Givaudan is the world's largest Flavors and Fragrances company. They are very profitable and will be in business for decades to come. The Company compensates its employees fairly and provide a comprehensive benefits package including vacation and 13 holidays.
Cons
Decisions from Switzerland are made without proper input from the regions. Givaudan needs to better research the long-term implications of their excutive decisions.
