Pros
Decent work/life balance, good pay for performance plans, ability to work remotely and independently, quarterly bonus programs and/or competitions, company car, and coverage of all business travel expenses.
Cons
Communication across all levels and departments of the company was always lacking and seemed to only worsen as time went on. Countless emails and calls (internal and external) were often ignored. No accountability from anyone when mistakes were made. Highly questionable leadership selections, practices, and company culture. Unaligned favoritism towards specific distribution partners, service partners, and customers across all regions. Limited upward career mobility. Limited career development. Felt like a fading industry giant trying to find its way before time inevitably runs out.
