Pros
Pay, healthcare, and 401k is decent.
Cons
Poor management. Work-life is insane, they push you and push you so they can get their numbers and bonus checks. Times where you work 11 hour days for 3 weeks straight. You get one Saturday off and two Sundays off a month. They don’t tell you about the weekend until the Thursday before. Must call in an hour before work, if first shift, then by 5am, otherwise you get wrote up. If you don’t call in on time 4 times, you get terminated. No sick days. 2 weeks vacation would be alright if they didn’t force you to use a week when they shut down for the whole week of July 4th. You don’t get a third week vacation until you’ve been here for seven years. 2 tier pay system, so someone doing the exact same work as you could be making $5 more than you per hour. If you wake up sick and call in by 5am and use a vacation day, you still get a point for being absent and it not planned, unless you use an addendum day & you only get 3 of those of your 2 weeks vacation (technically 1 because July 4) Clocking in too early gets a write up, clocking in late gets half a point. Leaving early gets half a point, even if it’s by a minute. 9 points and you get terminated. Your pay maxes out unless you move up to another level, meaning harder work, but it’ll take forever to max out as you only get 13 cent every quarter
