Friendly Culture . Travel opportunities . Learning opportunities only in the initial period, growth becomes stagnant after an year or so.
Cons
Lot of politics at higher level. Honest efforts are rarely counted , partiality wins every time. Rewards and recognition are only done for same employees everytime, if you can impress you higher management then you are good else if you are a hardworker and is not an extrovert , your efforts will never be counted . Lot of politics between US and Indian employees .
