Pros

Academically it is fine. They have decent research fundings, and the research enviornment is good , you learn a lot . I would recommend it.

Cons

Salaries are little low and I am looking to get out of here as soon as possible. I want more challenging jobs and more salary and more to life than this.

Pros

- Free Housing - Meal Plan - One of the better on campus job for students in my opinion (still able to be involved in other activities as a student on campus)

Cons

- Duty part of the job (Being on call and getting late night lock outs but this is rare), and definitely can still do homework in between doing duty rounds - experience can also depend on your hall director / area (but regardless still served on great RA teams, can be great if you have a co-ra but also been good at time being a single RA on the floor (no need to coordinate schedule if you do events together as a single RA unless you alternate events with your co)
