      Very low raises (barely 3%) low salary compared to other ISD jobs Minimal chances for promotion, especially if you are not in a direct client-facing role Can be difficult to have resume-building experiences

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
