      GDIT has great benefits and offers a strong internal mobility system if you want to branch out. Great resources for further education and most of my leadership seems to want me to succeed

      Contract work will always differ depend on who your management is. It also holds the risk of losing a contract and having to scramble for a new role

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
