      I got to work with a great group of onshore engineers. Projects were interesting and GDIT has a lot of good projects to bounce around on.

      Cons

      If you're not on the path to a clearance, your opportunities will be limited. You're also at the mercy of the government to continuously fund your project.

      If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
