      It was a flexible place to work wherever, but could be a negative since I would always take my work with me. My co-workers were amazing.

      Cons

      The work life balance was non-existent. Demanding timelines with only a core group being able to complete tasks. It can be nerve wracking with not knowing if your contract will be renewed.

      If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
