      Work from home, autonomy with management, decent benefits

      Cons

      Cruel and demanding clients in government who treat contractors as sub-human, looking at you EPA. Incredibly demoralizing to be given unreasonable deadlines and to be blamed for the slow workflow that is a direct result of government management.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
