      It's the Costco of IT contracting. All PMs/managers are company men, you're on your own when it comes to interfacing with the customer. Annual increase is half of inflation

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
