Pros

They pay well, they have holidays off on some contacts, and it offers training and reimbursements for taking certs.

Cons

It's not a bad place but they really treat you like a number at GDIT. They don't offer any incentives like bonuses or holiday bonuses. If you have a family they don't really work with you for trying to get your schedules to make sure you can take care of your kids while they sick or need to be taken to school or picked up. And the worst part is that they demand the world from you and watch your performance or attendance like a hawk. Do less than perfect you will get an email going over what is wrong.

Pros

Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

Cons

I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
