      Pros

      Global dominance equates to huge career growth, job security, and flexibility.

      Cons

      Middle management is terrible and does not disseminate information they should. Pay is lower than fair market value, especially considering security clearance required. Not enough vacation time. Raises do not keep up with inflation.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
