      Excellent place to start a career and gain knowledge in areas that can help you progress in your career. GDIT is full of employees with a large amount of career knowledge in many different areas.

      Cons

      Lacks any upward mobility. Work environment stagnant with retirement age workers with no intention of retiring any time soon. This can unfortunately means its a long wait to move up to a higher position.

      Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
