      Great flexibility and mobility within the company. You are only limited by your own work ethic.

      Cons

      Benefits are tight across the sector however I feel GDIT is on the weak side of them.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
