      Good company if you have a military background or experience in government contracting. Average pay and great benefits.

      Cons

      The culture is not very collaborative, contradicting vision and priorities, and very secret squirrel. The bureaucratic processes also tend to foster many inefficiencies.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
