      Benefits from day 1. Some employees have drunk the koolaid and are passionate about their work

      No chance for advancement whatsoever. Poor pay, strict policies on being ontime, even one minute late gets you a writeup.

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
