      Pros

      Awesome coworkers. The actual work is satisfactory because you get to help out customers that really need it, and you meet a lot of new people everyday.

      Cons

      Horrible vacation and personal time off policies. Upper management is terrible. They don't care about the employees, just the dolla dolla bills.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
