      GDIT is a great place to work and the employees are highly qualified. Potential for advancement is what you make of it. You can stand out from the crowd with a little extra dedication.

      Cons

      Easy to get stuck in between civilian and "green suit" mentalities. Sometimes you feel like you are still going through a parade review BUT pay attention to and you will learn what is expected soon enough.

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
