Company checks boxes, but forgets why those boxes are there. Onboarding was late. Those during the indoc offered contact info to assist with onboarding but never returned emails or calls. During the hurricane most companies at multiple commands paid their employees for the weeks they were unable to work, since power and internet were down all over the area. GDIT did not. They allowed people to claim time for the time they did their morning and evening check ins. Check ins that had nothing to do with your safety, because they would get upset if you didn't check in, but did not come to check on you. Many steps along the way the company fumbled basic processes, did not do proper follow through. I imagine this location will continue to lose people.
