Pros

Being able to help out the employees with what they need

Micromanaging, toxic environment, doing the job for other while staying in your same pay base while the managers you do the job for gets a raise or promotion, no room to grow within the company unless you move to another unit, the managers will always give you the run around because they don't know their job, you are not trained or guided - its more of a figure it out for yourself environment, all the managers play favorites so if they don't like you they will be sure to let everyone know it. Ive been here for 2 years almost 3 years and even in speaking with corporate about all the things that have happened with the managers, they kind of just brushed it off and the manager still got a promotion despite the entire group writing statements of how they wish to not work for managers who do not walk over them.

staedy job, salary on time,

Cons

supervisors are ignorent and does not work systematically , truck are rusty and ramp agent over burden , need to cater aircraft in 15 minutes , and run to the next gate, then refill and re load the truck again , 5 minute lunch break and then spend your lunch time building up soda tray and then load again in the truck , twice go to trash to clean the truck and after 8 or 10 hrs again refill and re load the truck with supplies for next driver . no holiday no sick leave ,and supervisor is always looking to and threatning to fire you , more like master and slave type of mentality .
