      If you like fast paced this is the place for you, however with the ever changing challenges comes stress! Be careful what you ask for!!

      Cons

      There is a culture of no control so a lot of long time employees are jaded. The company has potential but there needs to be an investment in training and value put on the employee.

      staedy job, salary on time,

      supervisors are ignorent and does not work systematically , truck are rusty and ramp agent over burden , need to cater aircraft in 15 minutes , and run to the next gate, then refill and re load the truck again , 5 minute lunch break and then spend your lunch time building up soda tray and then load again in the truck , twice go to trash to clean the truck and after 8 or 10 hrs again refill and re load the truck with supplies for next driver . no holiday no sick leave ,and supervisor is always looking to and threatning to fire you , more like master and slave type of mentality .
