Pros
Fast paced challenging environment. Good place for learning & developing. Good 401 K program. There is some effort toward improvements, but change is not well managed .
Cons
High turnover at all levels causes a lack of work life balance, makes training and on boarding difficult, causes high overtime. Headquarters focuses too much on short term profits. Expectations don't match solutions to market place issues.
