Pros
The trainers are excellent and experienced and serve as both trainers and mentors. Some schools are very stressful to work at because of behavior problems, but if you find a good school you have found a jewel.
Cons
Generally the pay is lower compared to other states, but the insurance plan was reasonable as well as the benefits. Discipline in tough schools is not a top priority.
