Terrible - Sales Associate Gap Employee Review

They make sure you can’t work enough hours to get benefits. They hire a bunch of people and give them all 4-hour shifts. They force you to harass customers to try to get them to sign up for their company credit card and if you don’t ask each person that walks through the door at least 2 times while they watch, they reprimand you. If you tell them you’ve already asked the customer, but it was while they were doing something else, they force you to go harass the customer again. It is extremely uncomfortable and they do not value their employees at all. I worked at the memorial city mall location.
