Low pay Had to beg for holidays (despite being entitled to days off, staff had to fight for holiday. I was forced into working over Christmas and New Year due to the threat of my contract not being renewed). Constant threat of being fired High staff turnover Lack of commitment to the staff Break-out areas are small and unpleasant Staff promotions are non-existent. They would rather hire a new person that give a current member of staff the opportunity to improve. Working conditions are cold and dangerous
