      -Great employee discount -Managers are very personable and easy to work with -flexible hours if you are in school -New request off systemn is great

      Cons

      - Never given a chance to move up - Great if you are ok being a sales associate for a long time - High interest Gap credit cards were pushed too much

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
