Gap is committed to hiring and developing the best employees and devotes a lot of resources to employee training, professional advancement, and career advancement. Also has an outward focus, and offers strong volunteer and community engagement opportunities.

      Cons

      In certain departments, upward mobility can be limited due to size of the team. However, internal transfers are encouraged to help develop more well-rounded employees.

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
