Quality varies greatly by location - Anonymous employee Gap Employee Review

I worked at 2 stores: loved one, hated the other. The first one was one of the largest in the country and the management was pretty good (although too many cooks in the kitchen). Opportunities to advance were awesome. Environment was fun, professional and supportive. Then I transferred states and stores. The new store was run poorly and it showed--high employee turnover, disorganized management and low morale.
