Pros
Gap has a great training program that ensures you obtain the skills necessary to do your job. You are usually surrounded by some of the brightest and talented people in the industry. The culture is very casual and informal, allowing you to truly be yourself.
Cons
Management style is tops-down. It's difficult to develop a sense of an ownership of the business when you don't have a say in the final outcome. There is a lot of hand holding. It is hard to weed out the bad apples when nobody is allowed to fail. It's frustrating to work alongside someone that is incompetent and the person has the same title and pay grade.
