Pros
It is not difficult to get hired at The Gap, you don't need to have much prior job experience. They provide training on site and the work is not too labor intensive, unless there is a major sale. It allows you to interact with a lot of people, which can be a good or bad thing. At least in my experience, my co-workers are friendly and easy going.
Cons
The pay is not great, entry level wages. You do get an employee discount but The Gap doesn't have great clothes.
