Pros

Gap pushes for work/life balance and respects DEI.

Cons

Working on the Operations side is kind of like being on Survivor. You have to outwit, outplay, and outlast. Supervisors will happily listen to their employees and then run to their managers and repeat parts of what they were told, but not everything. There are requirements for coaching and helping employees improve their performance, but if it is peak season, you might not receive them. The supervisor will report that you had it, and ultimately, you may end up losing your job.

Pros

Hourly rate is decent and pays weekly

Cons

Managers think they are above everyone even when they have as much potential as a goldfish in life. We are pushed to get customers to sign up for a store credit card which is one of the worst credit cards I’ve seen. Your worth at this company is dependent on how many credit cards you can get which is so dehumanizing. Horrible culture and company to work for.
