      Having the option to work remotely for the company is wonderful for work/life balance. The company also recognizes employees with recognition and reward programs. They also don't just say their core values, they live and breath those, daily.

      The training of new hires could use some focus and consistency across the organization.

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
