      some flexibility if you're in the right position

      Significant nepotism at the higher levels. Everything driven by corporate. They DO NOT live the values by espouse. Very real issues with proximity bias - only those that suck up to management have a shot at advancement. They put inexperienced people in roles before they are ready, and bypass others that are more qualified. Efforts at building leaders are pretty much restricted to people under 30. Oh - and the benefits SUCK.

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
