      Pay is mediocre, merit increases are minimal to non-existent, PTO is WAY below industry standard, QA metrics are ever evolving, you can be performing well and it's almost as though they don't want you to and implement a new metric to downscore youm

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
