      Assets of a large company make it easy to perform job and benefits, paid time off, and 401k are excellent

      Cons

      The claims industry itself is a horrible field to work in already, but being constantly over worked makes it very easy for employees to burn out quickly.

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
