Nil, honestly can’t think of one good think except maybe 2-3 nice work colleagues

Where do I start….I thought long and hard whether I should leave a review, then I decided to do it as it can hopefully help someone else……Gallagher -Bassett was the MOST TOXIC place I’ve ever worked at! Ridiculous, unrealistic work load, low pay (you’d be better of at your basic customer service representative job where you get similar pay, but MUCH, much less work pressure and demand ) I felt overqualified, yet very underpaid, and painfully overworked . I started bringing issues from work to my home, something I’ve never done before, and I started getting seriously ill from it, both mentally and physically.It was just exhausting, and I’d like to think that I am somewhat resilient, however this nearly broke me! Low -med management is completely incompetent and they are constantly ghosting teams, yet expecting unrealistic targets and ever-changing kpi’s. There is lack of support and empathy, very cliquey work place, gossipy, almost high school like, which I find pathetic for a professional work environment. There is also no work life balance, which they heavily advertise,unless you are in a management position. Overall, not worth it and trust me , there is a good reason why this company has such high staff turnover and they are constantly advertising for the positions to be filled out. Stay far far away from that toxic work place if you value yourself and your sanity! :)

Pros

• Good in office dynamic with coworkers for those who worked in office

Cons

• Delayed promotion/raise - you’ll sign a contract in which your raise will be effect but delay it 2 1/2 months • unfair workload - management plays favorite and doesn’t even bother intervening on the issue, rather just gives more work. Multiple times I caught myself doing the work for my peers. • No structure - the office I worked at completely lacked structure where I was shadowing a colleague for 2 weeks before being expected to know what to do • Collision w/ OOO Staff - the out of office staff was very rude at times and because they aren’t in office, management doesn’t push the standards/expectations on them as much as people in office
