      Pros

      Great Opportunities for growth (internal training programs constantly, Supervisors want you to succeed). I have been working here for a year and already received a raise. I'm on track to be promoted to Client Service Manager with in the next year or two.

      Cons

      Working Virtually due to Covid (for the entire time I have worked for this company) I feel very disconnected from co-workers and my team members. I wish we went into office at least once a week to collaborate. With the Delta variant, I fear we may never get back to the office for at least another year.

      Salary was in market range.

      Cons

      Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
