Pros

absolutely nothing, unless you enjoy free coffee and gossiping

Cons

to start of, at the interview i was offered 18K then once i accepted the offer and handed in my notice at my previous work i was contacted and told that there are budgeting issues and i was given 16K instead, great start basically, all of your managers at the 7th floor have no degrees, highers or what so ever so use your imagination now what makes it worse is that "managers" are hand picking people (friends) from within other teams and outside so it's very politically dominated progression, forget about it unless you are connected to certain people if English your second language then you'll get paid less than the cleaners never ever take anyone's word unless it's a written statement. false promises is every manager's hobby

Pros

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Cons

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
