Depending on you supervisor and manager you can have flexibility with your schedule and work from home
Cons
People are overworked and underpaid. There is high turnover and they only like to hire people without experience and put them through a "trainee program". Most trainee leave after a year or less. The will do everything they can to avoid hiring experience adjusters.
