Pros
Work from home opportunities; Some good people; Opportunity to learn on the job and move into new roles if you show interest
Cons
Increasing volumes of bureaucratic mandates that only impede client relationship development and workloads (and thus revenue); Culture of under staffing so people are overworked- people leave and are not replaced; Many people leaving, but management does not learn from dissatisfaction of those leaving; Remaining team has to pick up slack with no extra pay; Little opportunity for pay increases, low for the industry. Seems stock value dictates the culture these days- no respect for the majority of workers time and efforts or client needs, focus is only on maximum profits. All the while pushing what a great "culture" the company has- tone deaf to those actually doing the work. Did not used to be so blatant.
