      Pros

      Work is challenging but rewarding. Constant improvement for growth is a priority. Work life balance is a priority. Company values that balance. Opportunities for remote work. Wonderful people, all have the same mindset of treating each other with respect.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok. Medical insurance is on a salary tier basis, which I don't like. Transparency on work processes are hit and miss. Really depends on your manager. Busy seasons can be pretty tough, working extra hours for a couple of months.

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
