      Pros

      Pay is about on par with the industry good pension and share schemes

      Cons

      Management is a terrible, out of touch with no concern for it staff. staffing levels at an all time low. Promises of less work for the less staff are not followed up and now a lot of staff now suffering burnout.

      Slow, too much processes and paperwork, company wants to accelerate, but current processes makes it impossible to accelerate.
