      There are great benefits to working for GSK. Its modern and fast paced environment. Facilties and technology is all new.

      Over the last couple of years and the current economic climate, alot of redundancies have made the atmosphere amongst staff a bit "off"

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
