      Great facilities and pleasant work environment

      Cons

      Back stabbing to get on ahead of your colleagues- always looking over your shoulder at who was coming for you next! Didnt get much satisfaction from what I was doing and found no-one willing to be accountable for their actions. Too much 'the emperor has no clothes'!

      Slow, too much processes and paperwork, company wants to accelerate, but current processes makes it impossible to accelerate.
