      Pros

      Good scientific "Community" with great support from peers. Ability to make a difference in peoples lives by developing new medicines.

      Cons

      Promotions are few and far between...alot of politics involved. Company is WAY too large with layer upon layer of bureacracy.

      Great Pay and Amazing Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
