      There are very good scientists there and good culture among the scientists.

      Cons

      The current environment and the environment in Pharma in general is poor at the moment. There is very little confidence about job security.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
