Good legacy Some amazing products Nice folks (depends on department)

Legacy Novartis staff are given preferential leadership roles Emma says “have courage” but the moment you raise a question , you’re deemed an outcast and your future is tarnished People pretend and pat each other on the back to support cronyism and unfair treatment If you’re pretty or good looking, you can go far One director said - “celebrity is more important than capability. The guy who got promoted to a huge role isn’t capable but good at being a celebrity” Silent restructuring and forcing people to resign on their own without compensation.
