Pros
Great big pharma experience at the local level due to tenured colleagues and managers. Excellent salary and benefits. Superb initial and ongoing training.
Cons
Numerous recent changes in policies have seriously impaired sales reps ability to serve customers. Not incentivized based on sales but a convoluted system of test taking and manager reviews. Rumor mill is rampant and managers lead from behind rather than providing a clear vision based on reality. Big disconnect between corporate management and sales reps and not all local field managers do a very good job of supporting their teams.
