Pros
It is an employee friendly organization. GSK gives you the freedom to implement. They believe in rotating employees through functions as opportunities arise.
Cons
The structure can be hierarchical at times especially around the mid level management segment. Also, in terms of processes, there is a control from the Global teams. Practices like work from home etc aren't as prevalent.
